Q: How do I check the status of my order?

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Once order is shipped it iwll be 5-16 business days for US clients and 7-20 business days for international. For your convenience, our fulfillment centers are located around the world.
Q: Why does shipping take so long?
A: Here at ishopkudos we try to maintain lower prices in comaprison to others and we work hard to get your order shipped as soon as possible.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes indeed! We cater to the entire globe. Currently due to the unfortunate new normal taking place worldwide, delays have been experience in some countries that are stricter due to COVID 19.
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Of course! All personal information is encrypted being that we use SSL. No Credit/Debit card info is stored and is used only during the time you place orders.

A: Thats a given! If you are not satisfied, contact us immediately! Our goal is to make sure you have a wonderful shopping experience. Just contact us and we will take it from there. You can always get a free exchange of your product simply by shipping it back to us with image proof of damage sent first.
